The Company
Aether was founded to operate aircraft the way the most demanding principals expect their enterprises to run — measured, technical and entirely discreet. Two decades of practice underpin everything we fly.
Founded to operate aircraft the way principals run enterprise.
Aether began with a simple conviction: that private aviation should be run with the same rigour the most demanding principals expect of their own enterprises. We are not a brokerage with a fleet attached — we are an engineering-led aviation house that happens to fly the people who built the companies you know.

From the first aircraft to a managed fleet, we have grown only on referral and result. Every relationship is held by people who understand both the airframe and the boardroom — and who answer the phone themselves.

Discretion is the foundation of everything we do. Names are protected, movements are private, and judgement is exercised quietly. The longest client relationships we hold are also the quietest.
Technical counsel reviews every airframe before a client does.
Most aviation companies outsource the hard questions. We answer them in-house. Our technical team reviews structures, systems and records before any aircraft enters a client roster, and they remain accountable for it across its entire life with us.

Pre-purchase inspections, records audits and condition analysis are led by our own engineers — never delegated to the seller's preferred shop. You receive a single, candid judgement on every airframe.

Predictive maintenance planning keeps aircraft mission-ready and protects long-term value. Nothing is deferred for convenience; everything is documented for the next owner.
A modern, fuel-efficient fleet with verified carbon programmes.
Sustainability in aviation is too often a logo on a brochure. We treat it as an operating discipline: a younger, more efficient fleet, sustainable aviation fuel wherever it is available, and carbon programmes that are independently verified rather than self-declared.

We favour the most fuel-efficient airframes in each class and plan routes to minimise burn. The cleanest flight is the one flown on the right aircraft, properly maintained.

SAF uptake and carbon programmes are tracked and reported transparently. Clients receive a clear account of the impact of their flying — and a credible path to reduce it.
The same faces, the same standard, every leg.
An aircraft is only as good as the people aboard it. Our crews are selected as carefully as our airframes — trained to a single standard, supported properly, and retained for the long term so the service you know does not change from one journey to the next.

We invest in our crews so they stay. Continuity means your preferences are remembered, your routine is understood, and the cabin feels familiar from the first leg to the hundredth.

Recurrent training, safety culture and hospitality are held to the same exacting level across every crew. The standard does not vary with the aircraft or the route.
Vetted operators and handling on every continent.
Reach without standards is just a list of phone numbers. Our global network is vetted to a single benchmark — so whether you depart from a major hub or a remote strip, the aircraft, the crew and the ground are held to the same expectation.

Every operator and handler in our network is assessed on safety, finish and reliability before we ever place a client with them. Availability never overrides merit.

Ground transport, fast-track handling and provisioning are arranged at both ends of every leg, so the transitions that usually create friction simply disappear.
Proprietary scheduling and predictive maintenance software.
Behind the calm of every Aether journey is software we built ourselves. Scheduling, predictive maintenance and itinerary management run on a single platform, giving our team the visibility to act before problems reach the client.

Predictive maintenance flags components before they fail and scheduling balances the fleet to keep aircraft available. The aim is simple: the aircraft is ready when you are.

Dispatch reliability above the industry mean is not an accident — it is the product of data, planning and accountability. We report it because we hold ourselves to it.
Tell us what the journey requires. We will respond personally, and discreetly.
